Teacher Rachel Mae C. Ong
Owner & CEO | Piano and Voice Instructor | Glee Club Conductor

Ms. Rachel Mae C. Ong is a passionate educator, accomplished musician, and dedicated servant-leader whose work has influenced both the music and ministry communities. Raised in a Christ-centered home, she embodies excellence, humility, and service in every aspect of her teaching and leadership.

A consistent achiever from her early years at the Philippine Institute of Quezon City, Rachel was recognized in 2008 with the 15th Filipino-Chinese Schools Outstanding Student Award. She later earned her Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance (minor in Voice) from the University of Santo Tomas, graduating Magna Cum Laude and serving as Batch Salutatorian of the Conservatory of Music. Her solid foundation in music education was further strengthened through her student teaching experience in pedagogy classes and by taking 18 units of Education courses.

Today, Ms. Ong leads 88 Keys MNL, a growing music studio offering comprehensive piano, guitar, violin, and voice programs. Under her leadership, 88 Keys MNL has become more than just a studio — it serves as a platform for holistic music education, fostering discipline, creativity, and a lifelong love for music.

Her commitment to continuous growth is evident in her active participation in national and international seminars, including specialized training in Kodály Methodology and Choral Techniques, as well as her role as a panelist at NAMCYA’s conference on Traditional Music in Popular Culture. She has also contributed to organizing various national piano festivals and competitions, sharing her expertise with fellow educators and young musicians.

Beyond the studio, Rachel serves as a Glee Club conductor at the Philippine Institute of Quezon City and is a lifetime member of the Piano Teachers’ Guild of the Philippines, where she previously served as Secretary and committee organizer. She is also a member of the Philippine Choral Directors Association, continually enhancing her pedagogical approach through regular workshops and masterclasses.

When not teaching, Ms. Ong remains active in ministry as a church pianist and worship team member, and participates in evangelistic and medical missions. Her personal interests include cooking, gardening, photography, as well as video editing and audio mixing — skills she integrates into her work both in education and ministry.

With a heart for teaching and a deep love for music, Ms. Ong continues to inspire students to pursue excellence, not only in performance, but in character and purpose.


Teacher Judith D. Unsay
Head for Academic Affairs & Operations | Piano Instructor | Curriculum Developer | Inclusive Education Specialist

Judith D. Unsay is a multi-faceted music educator, pianist, curriculum developer, and leader with extensive experience in both mainstream and specialized music education. Fondly known by her students as Teacher Judith or Teacher Judz, she holds Bachelor of Music degrees in both Music Education and Piano Performance from the University of Santo Tomas (UST), where she studied under the tutelage of Prof. Naomi Sison and Prof. Fidel Calalang Jr. She later pursued her Master of Arts in Education, major in Educational Leadership, at the University of Asia and the Pacific, completing it in 2022.


Judith also took non-degree courses in BS Psychology at Ateneo de Manila University, further enriching her understanding of student behavior, development, and inclusion.

With more than a decade of teaching experience, Judith has designed and implemented individualized music programs across various educational settings. Since 2010, she has worked extensively with students on the autism spectrum, creating adaptive music appreciation curricula that support motor skills, sensorial development, and social interaction through music. This passion for inclusive education is a defining hallmark of her professional work.

In addition to her teaching roles, Judith serves as the Head for Academic Affairs and Operations at 88 Keys MNL, where she also teaches piano. She is the Musical Director and Assistant Conductor of the PIQC Glee Club, and holds leadership roles that allow her to design innovative, student-centered programs.

Judith’s versatility as an artist extends beyond education. She is a certified composer, producer, and recording artist for Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music since 2021, contributing original instrumental works to global audiences.

Her entrepreneurial leadership is further demonstrated as the CEO and Owner of Olympus Music Centre, where she directs business operations and leads curriculum development for music instruction. Her previous positions include piano instructor roles at Yamaha School of Music and specialized teaching at Quality Life Discoveries’ Special Peoples’ Hub.

Judith’s qualifications are supported by numerous international certifications in areas such as autism, mental health, instructional design, and inclusive education from leading institutions like the University of Birmingham, University of Liverpool, University of Kent, and the University of Cape Town. She is also a licensed secondary education teacher and holds a Level 1 Strength and Conditioning certification from the Carnegie School of Sports, Leeds Beckett University.

She is a lifetime member of the Piano Teachers’ Guild of the Philippines, a member of the Piano Choral Directors Association, and actively involved in extracurricular and leadership roles since her early years at UST, including directing concerts, producing competitions, and performing in national cultural events.

With a deep commitment to nurturing students of all abilities, Judith D. Unsay exemplifies passion, expertise, and leadership in music education, combining technical mastery with heart-centered teaching that continues to inspire both her students and peers.

Teacher Michelle Rizza C. Ong
Piano Instructor | Music Education Specialist | Curriculum Innovator | Valedictorian, UST Conservatory of Music

Michelle Rizza C. Ong is a passionate music educator and accomplished pianist with a Summa Cum Laude distinction from the University of Santo Tomas (UST), where she earned her Bachelor of Music, major in Music Education with emphasis in Piano. A recipient of the Rector’s Academic Award and recognized as the Batch Valedictorian of the Conservatory of Music, Michelle has consistently demonstrated excellence in both academic and artistic pursuits.

Her dedication to music and education is deeply rooted in her formative years, graduating as Valedictorian in both Chinese and English curricula from the Philippine Institute of Quezon City. Throughout her journey, Michelle has cultivated a well-rounded foundation through leadership roles such as Department Treasurer and Vice President in UST’s Music Education Department, and as an active member of various music organizations including the Piano Teachers’ Guild of the Philippines Foundation, Inc. (PTGPFI) and the Philippine Society for Music Education (PSME).

Michelle’s teaching experience spans from grade school to high school, having served as a music teacher in institutions such as Pedro Guevara Elementary School, Espiritu Santo Parochial School of Manila, and her alma mater PIQC. She integrates innovative teaching methodologies from globally-recognized pedagogies including Orff, Kodály, and Dalcroze, which she continually enhances through active participation in seminars and international workshops.

As a lifelong learner and educator, Michelle strives to instill the love for music in her students, combining technical mastery with a heart for mentorship and service. Her commitment extends beyond the classroom through her involvement in evangelical missions and church music ministry, reflecting a deep conviction that music is both an art and a calling.

Teacher Jeri Kelly Yu Santos
Piano Instructor | Music Educator | Performer in Training | Bachelor of Music Student, UST Conservatory of Music

Jeri Kelly Yu Santos is a dedicated pianist and music educator whose musical journey began at the age of 12 under the guidance of Teacher Judith Unsay. Early exposure to piano training laid a strong foundation that later developed into a deeper pursuit of the art. As she advanced, Jeri continued her studies at the University of Santo Tomas (Senior High School), enrolling in the Music, Arts, and Design (MAD) Track, where her formal mentorship under Asst. Prof. Fe Marsha Nicolas began.

Currently, she is pursuing her Bachelor of Music in Performance, Major in Piano at the University of Santo Tomas – Conservatory of Music. Since 2019, she has continuously refined her technique, artistry, and musical understanding, shaped by rigorous academic training and meaningful performance experiences.

As a performer, Jeri has actively participated in numerous recitals and festivals, including the 34th Sampung Mga Daliri (2024), the 15th Paulinian Piano Festival (2019), and the Preparatory/Extension Program Summer Recitals (2016–2018). She also broadened her musical perspective by attending masterclasses, such as the one conducted by Carlo Levi Minzi, a renowned concert pianist from Italy.

Alongside her own studies, Jeri has embraced her role as an educator. She is currently teaching piano at 88 Keys MNL, Premier Music Learning Center, and Musikgarten, where she strives to share her knowledge and passion for music with her students. For her, teaching goes beyond technique—it’s about helping students develop a lasting love for music.

Continuing to balance both academic growth and professional teaching, Jeri remains deeply committed to her craft, believing that being both a student and teacher allows her to constantly evolve as a musician.
